Terrorism: Fulani Killer Herdsmen Attack Motorists In Enugu State
Information reaching Family Writers Press International has it that a number of Fulani herdsmen terrorists had within the last week alone, recorded series of deadly attacks in Udi Local Government Area of the Enugu State.
Ofia-Ogonogo, is village in Nachi community, located in Udi local government area of the state. It is one of the boundary villages sandwiched between Oji River and Udi local government areas. This is one of the areas in the state where the criminal activities of these marauding Fulani Herdsmen has notably thrived over the years. Farm produce of indigenous land owners have wantonly been destroyed by the Fulani cattle with virtually nobody to complain to.
On Thursday 25th March 2021, it was reported that one fully loaded commuter bus headed for Oji River, was robbed by these Fulani Islamic criminals at the said boarder location. Many of the passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries and their mobile phones forcefully collected from them. Some of the victims who happened to be Biafra women, were taken into nearby bushes and group-raped. According to one of the male passengers who pleaded anonymity, "these robbers were truly Fulanis because they communicated in Fulani language and were kitted in their traditional attires as well".
As if this does not suffice, these same terrorists repeatedly stormed the very same location on the following day being Friday 26th March, 2021. This time, they encountered a man driving through that some road and had him kidnapped. Presently, these terrorists have established contacts with some identified individuals, demanding for a ransom of ten million naira (N10,000,000) before the victim could be released.
The general public is hereby placed on notice, regarding this ugly development which is gradually taking it's root in Biafraland. Urgent and very drastic measure has to be taken to curb these excesses before they degenerate. Nachi community is presently in extreme panic and nobody can really tell the next agenda these Fulani Islamic criminals have in stock against our people.
