Nigerian Media: Home of Lies And Bias Merchants

Nigerian Media: Home of Lies And Bias Merchants

It is no longer news that the credibility of untainted reportage and investigative journalism has long being compromised in Nigeria. The media outlets have all been politicized and are hell bent in twisting the obvious. The global community in the light of this, must therefore be mindful regarding it's reliability and assimilation of news emanating from the country. The media has been gravely intimidated into submission and that is why it dishes out to the public, lies and deception. The ongoing conflict in the South-East region (Biafraland), has been the desperate orchestration of the Nigerian security forces. These are predominantly Fulani terrorists adorning police and army uniforms, blatantly committing genocide in Biafraland. The compromised Nigerian media as expected is of course complicit in the whole debacle. Such media outlets like Channels Television, Punch Newspapers, Premium Times, Vanguard News, amongst many others, have their hands in the criminalization, torture and mass killing of the Biafran people.

The world has no other option, than to swiftly carry out needed investigation on every news coming out from Nigeria. This is because they have most shamefully, compromised the very ethics of civilized journalism. The Nigerian government for instance has greatly censored authentic media reportage concerning recent activities of the "Unknown Gunmen" within the South-East region. The emergence of this group of "justice dispensers", stemmed from many years of terrible misrule, injustice, clamping down on innocent unarmed agitators, unjust killings and imprisonments, slavery and oppression by the political crooks in Aso Rock. But the Nigerian media practitioners for fear of consequences have continued to paint the deceitful picture that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), are the masterminds of the security situation in the region. It should therefore not be forgotten that there, yet remains family relatives of all those unjustly murdered by the Nigerian security operatives that are yet grieving and calling for vengeance. Recall that in the last quarter of the year 2020, Nigerian youths thronged into the streets of major cities across the country, on a popular protest tagged #ENDSARS, calling on the government to out rightly outlaw the Nigerian police unit called Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) because of the despotic and murderous activities of the personnel.

It will then be unfair for any sane individual, to be apportioning blames on IPOB family members domiciled in over one hundred countries of the world, known for their civilized, peaceful and lawful engagements, to be behind the ongoing attacks in Biafraland. The international community should show objectivity and caution pertaining this conspiracy of evil by the grossly compromised Nigerian media that has contracted to do the bidding of their paymasters. Eighty percent (80%) of the junks called news being dished out from Nigeria, are floated to shield the government from global condemnation for it's terroristic antecedents. And instead of the government to humbly and sincerely address the issues that are fueling the deadly activities of the "unknown gunmen", officials are busy pointing fingers at the innocent.

The world should come to terms with the fact that the Nigerian media outlets are completely "Merchants of Lies And Bias". They are corrupt to the core, with the wicked and evil Aso Rock occupants, totally lacking credibility. They only major in dishing out concocted news based on the size of the brown envelope at hand. The Nigerian media houses are all accomplices in the ongoing terroristic and vampiric onslaught being targeted against the people by the Nigerian government. They are partners in the atrocities.
