Any Shackle On Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Is A Shackle On Ndi-igbo (Part 2)
Just a few years ago, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was at it, dishing out warnings over and again. He saw the dangers ahead and wanted a safe exit for his people, but Igbo Governors, Senators and all others who had a stake at the corrupt government of Nigeria, called him names. They trivialized his words as blabs. Now, his predictions are coming true. The complete disregard and undermining of the entire Igbo race is staring us in the face. The insult on Igbo traditional rulers who went to Abuja to witness the court proceedings and perhaps, say one or two encouraging words to their son, the Ohamadike, is unprecedented.
Did you not see what happened in the Abuja Federal High Court? First, they threw his lawyers out of the courtroom which to me, signifies a gauntlet being thrown down at Ndi-Igbo, asking what can we do? Secondly, the judge adjourned the case. It is not in doubt that the judge, Justice Binta Nyako, has been compromised and she is playing the script prepared by the same hands that hold Ndi-Igbo by their balls. Yes, the terrorist government of Nigeria! You do not have to strain your ears to hear the drumbeat of jihad. In fact, it is deafening. And now, it comes with a rhythm which no longer harbors any pretenses.
Ndi-Igbo, it is time we dance to another tune. It is time we grab the bull by the horns. The federal government of Nigeria is now a bloodsucking and terrorist government of the Fulanis. They have got the Nigerian military and an arsenal of weapons and logistics at their disposal. They are plotting to kill your best son, the Ohamadike of Igboland. Your silence is all they needed to carry out this criminal plot. Even now, the Nigerian army and the Fulani terrorists are carrying out genocidal onslaught in Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, Abia, Enugu, Rivers States and everywhere else that Igbos reside in Nigeria.
Where are the international personalities of Igbo stock? This is the time to put your megaphone to the test; the time to rescue your people. Charity they say, begins at home. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, stand up for your people. You cannot talk world economics when your people are being slaughtered in their numbers. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, shout now and fill the seminar desks with your tears, with your pains, and all your repressed emotions.
And all other great Igbos whose names I do not know, rise up now, sing, write, speak and infect the world with your pains, the pains of the Igbos. Show them the slaughters. As you know, your relentless knocks on the doors of the world powers make certain, the liberation of Igbos from a terrorist infiltrated government of Nigeria that has sworn to destroy them.
Finally, I hail the Eastern Security Network (ESN), for their gallantry. And in the same breath, call upon our guerrilla warriors to action. You once promised that you will never allow them take over Igboland. What are you still waiting for? What you see as rivers on Igbo streets are actually the innocent blood of our people. Most importantly yet, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be rescued now than later.
