I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO--PRINCE EMMANUEL KANU
Prince Emmanuel Kanu the Brother to the Leader of The Indigenous People of Biafra and Director Of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Citizen Nnamdi Kanu in an interview granted to Ibeh Gift Amarachi and Okonkwo Somto Isaac of FAMILY WRITERS, thunderously told FAMILY WRITERS that he has no Confidence in Justice John Tsoho the presiding Judge of his Brother the Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra Trial at Federal High Court Abuja Nigeria.
When asked what his reactions are, as regards to his Brothers Unlawful detention and breach of Justice done by the Presiding Judge Justice John Tsoho,who reversed same Secret Trial ruling he struck out on the 19th of February 2016? He stated;
"Nigeria Government has no case against my Brother Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. His unlawful detention and incarceration is totally against the Law of Self-Determination which Nigeria as a Country is a signatory to. Dictator Mohammadu Buhari and his allies, unlawfully detained Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in a ploy to stop the quest towards the restoration of Biafra, unfortunately for them it cannot happen In the case of the presiding Judge John Tsoho who has been shamelessly raping Justice and publicly staining his legal career without having an idea of his irreversible evil act by reversing same Secret Trial ruling he struck on 19th February 2016; I must say that "I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN HIM".
How can a Nigeria Justice who is suppose to be learned, counter his previous ruling by applying the Law guiding a Francophone Country like Ivory Coast, to a case he is presiding over in Nigeria? When did Ivory Coast and Nigeria, start sharing same Constitution and Law? Ivory Coast practices CIVIL LAW and in Civil Law, you are presumed guilty until you are proven innocent, but in Common Wealth Countries like Nigeria which practicalises COMMON LAW,a defendant is innocent until proven guilty. So how on earth will a Nigeria Judge apply a Law that is against the Nigeria Constitution? What does that tell the World about this Man called Justice John Tsoho? Infact ,John Tsoho, doesn't deserve his Legal Certificate.
A Legal Team should be set aside, to scrutinize him and verify if he indeed, worth that position as a Judge, because to me he doesn't deserve it. It is compatible and consistent with common sense and jurisprudence that, you cannot accuse someone in Public and then try him in Secret. My Brother Nnamdi Kanu's Human Right, is been violated by the Nigeria Government and that need to stop. The unnecessary adjournment of his trial is a form of keeping him in Prison Custody for as long as they want him, which is totally against Human Right. The Judge has no reason for adjourning this case.
He kept on allowing the prosecuting counsel to be rigmarowling in every trial, by going back to the past, while he watch and end up adjourning the case for no just reason. You heard when the defending counsel San Chucks Muoma stated,in the Court that "The Judge should make rulings on the case, thus should stop the prosecuting counsel from bring back a ruling that has been struck out by the presiding Judge and that this case is not the only one he is handling". After San Chucks Muoma stated this, John Tsoho stated that,he doesn't know what to do in the case anymore. Yet, he went ahead to reverse the secret trial in favour of the defending counsel. Since he doesn't know what to do, as he boldly aired, it therefore means he is not capable of handling the case. Why then is he still allowed, to preside over the case he confessed he can't handle? I have no confidence in him as I said earlier, because he is violating the Human Right of my Brother Mazi Nnamdi Kanu".

Tsoho Kpoma John is very incompetent. He disgraced himself as he played a victim for Diri who somersaulted him to commit blunders. His license has to be ceased by now. Fools everywhere in the evil forest called Nigeria.
