OPEN LETTER TO CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA (Justice Mahmud Mohammed)
Your honour, I am supposed to be writing a very respectful letter to you, but I'm sorry you deserve the contrary. I am not supposed to refer to you as "Your Honour" but for justification and diplomacy sake I must follow due process, as a civilised individual. You are meant to represent Equity and Justice in Nigeria, but it is very unfortunate that, you have decided to paint black and soil the white cloth of Justice in Nigeria Judiciary, by disparaging the integrity and reputation of the judiciary. Your disdain over the interference of Nigeria President in the Judiciary and violation of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's Human Right proves that; "YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM IN BUHARI'S INTERFERENCE AND DISOBEDIENCE TO COURT ORDERS”, as you once stated. Your honour, you might be satisfied with your act probably because of your secret chamber discussion with Muhammadu Buhari the President of Nigeria and his promises, but you must know that you are causing great deal of unending harm not just to your career or Family name, but the Nigeria Judiciary at large.
Your honour, your nonchalant abysmal attitude has rubbished the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and has exposed the dependent state of the Nigeria Judiciary. Your support for breach of Justice done by one of your agents Justice John Tsoho and Buhari your Boss, has buried the integrity and career of Legal Practitioners in Nigeria. I must let you know that, you have trampled on the Certificates of every Legal Practitioner in Nigeria and have given no hope to Law Students working tirelessly to practice Law in future, as no Country in the World will deem them worthwhile. For you to let an act which is reprehensible to be left with impunity, simply because of fear and personal gain, exposes the ineptitude of Nigeria Judiciary presided by you. It will definitely go into the records that, the competence of Nigeria Judiciary went into oblivion and became devastatingly deteriorated under your watch and posterity will forever never forget your unforgivable decision and act, against Human Right.
The Leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, have been granted bail and have perfected his bail conditions, yet you allowed the Self appointed Judge who you approved of his control over the Judiciary arm of government, to interfere into Court orders made under your watch, by stopping him from been free. International bodies have been trying to figure out if indeed Muhammadu Buhari the dictator President of Nigeria is behind the unlawful detention of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu following his tyrannical statement during the Presidential Media Chart, but you have made it simpler and clearer without been knowledged of it, by proving The Indigenous People of Biafra right, that your Boss Muhammadu Buhari is behind his unlawful detention and Justice is for Sale in Nigeria. You have also proven to the World that, Nigeria Judiciary lacks competence and is a mockery to Justice, thus should be sent into oblivion.
Your Honour, you are suppose to be a man, assuming you are not the Chief Justice Of Nigeria,thus you ought to make decisions on your own. If you can't make decisions when you have such power as a Chief Justice of a country, then it proves you lack competency in organizing and taking care of your own immediate Family. It is very obvious, you concurred over the reversal of Secret Trial and breach of Justice done by Justice John Tsoho in Federal High Court Abuja against Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and have decided to let the unlawful incarceration of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu to continue. It is disheartening, that your agent executing your job Justice John Tsoho, used a CIVIL LAW practiced by a Francophone Country like Ivory Coast in a Nigeria Court which practices COMMON LAW and you nodded the abusive ruling which is an insult to Nigeria Judiciary.
I must let you know that, you have opened the eyes of the Blind Folded Female-Like symbol of Justice Status erected in every Court of jurisprudence, hence she now sees her enemies and strikes those who can't do the bidding of the Politicians feeding her in Nigeria. By so doing, you have indirectly told the World that, the status should be removed from every Nigeria Court of jurisprudence, because Nigeria Judiciary has been raped and molested. You need to have a rethink over this evil and human right violation track you have chosen to passionately follow, as Mother Justice will prove to you that, she is truly the Chief Justice of the Universe.
