For Family Writers

MR MARCEL ALAIN DE SOUZA.

Before we proceed with the content of this letter, we the Indigenous People of Biafra seeking for the rights of the indigenous people of Biafra, wishes to  congratulate you on your new position as the president of Ecowas commission. Your victory has filled us with joy. we take this opportunity to congratulate you once again on your well deserved and overlong success.

You must be highly content as the president of Ecowas commission as you have undoubtedly worked very hard to attain this position. Sir, since last year, many atrocities has been going on in Nigeria state under the watch of president Buhari. Court orders are no longer obeyed, extra-judicial killings by the Nigeria soldiers is on the increase,22 identified IPOB members was slaughtered by Nigeria army under the command of the chief executive of the armed forces president Muhammad Buhari and dumped in a borrowed pit at Aba ,a commercial city in Abia state,Biafraland on 29th of feb. 2016 among others include: The sponsored Fulani Militia Terrorist by president Buhari to massacre approximately 215 Biafrans at NIMBO UZO-UWANI in Enugu state, 3 at Awgu local government area, and roughly 850 at BENUE STATE from January till may. These are not just figure, but human dead bodies. Buahri never condemns this barbaric act that claims lives of innocent Biafrans.

However president Buhari has also vowed not to release NNAMDI KANU the leaders of Ingenious People Of Biafra (IPOB )and director of radiobiafra/television who was arrested since oct. 14 last year simply because he is among the 60million citizens calling for the freedom of Biafra nation which once existed between 1967-70s. Despite several court of competent jurisdiction that granted Mazi Kanu's unconditional release, Buhari still maintain his tyrannical nature. His interferences and compromise in the judiciary has made the independent of the judiciary a laughing stock in Nigeria and beyond.

Sir, your commitment and dedication has helped you attain this hourable position and with you as the president of the ECOWAS Commission, you will be able to put many things back on track now which have long been haywired. we fully has confidence that the case which the APPELLANT NNAMDI KANU filled in Ecowas court against Nigeria government for the violation of his fundamental human right and unlawful detention shall be treated without compromise and biased.

We pray that the mandate of the Ecowas court which is to ensure observance of law and of the principles of equity come to fulfillment with you as the PRESIDENT.
REMAIN BLESS SIR MARCEL ALAIN DE SOUZA
