FAMILY WRITERS ECOWAS COURT UPDATE: ECOWAS COURT PROCEEDINGS KICKS OFF

FAMILY WRITERS ECOWAS COURT UPDATE:   ECOWAS COURT PROCEEDINGS KICKS OFF

The final ruling on the suit filed by IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still in progress, as final ruling is expected to be dished out by ECOWAS court.

Early this morning November 8, 2016, precisely at 10am, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and the Director of Radio Biafra is already in court, well represented by his legal Counsel, Hon. Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor.
According to Ejiofor, he agreed with Barr. Chuks Muoma that he be in charge of the ECOWAS court proceedings while he, Muoma takes charge of that of the Federal High Court.

Shortly after Barr. Ejiofor arrived, the Ecowas court judges also arrived. The proceedings kicked off, but was later put on hold due to the absence of the counsel to the Nigerian government.
In a bid to buy more time for the counsel to federal government, another case is currently being entertained, even as the ECOWAS court judge assured that final ruling on Nnamdi Kanu's suit will be given today, even if the counsel to FG fails to show up.

More updates coming shortly
