BIAFRA REFERENDUM OR NO ANAMBRA ELECTION: DOES NIGERIA GOVERNMENT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN IN BIAFRALAND?

BIAFRA REFERENDUM OR NO ANAMBRA ELECTION: DOES NIGERIA GOVERNMENT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN IN BIAFRALAND?

By Mazi Onyebuchi Eze
For Family Writers

As Nigeria government under the National Cordinator of Affairs, half-baked Yoruba quota-system Professor Yemi Osinbajo has mischievously continued to run from pillar to post searching for solution where there is no solution in their quest to resolve the Biafra question but chose to beat about the bush and shy away from the truth as they refuse to engage the right person, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Supreme Command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (De Great) has as well vowed that it is ready to plunge Nigeria into an unprecedented constitutional crisis such that has never happened in Nigeria. IPOB is by this publication calling on Nigeria government to announce the date for Biafra referendum to the world as only thing that will save the remaining part of the defunct Nigeria which is Northern and Western Nigeria because as for Biafra territories, after October 1, 2017, if Biafra referendum is not conducted, Nigeria government will no longer enjoy recognition as a federal government all over Biafraland but will only be seen as a merely forceful occupational and alien government which Biafrans will treat with total disdain and unprecedented disrespect.

Nigeria government should as a matter of urgency respect itself and announce date for Biafra referendum or risk loosing its relevance in Biafraland because there no law anywhere in the world which stipulated that an Indigenous People of 70 Millions population such as Biafrans will be ruled by force especially when it is obvious that 90% of the people say that they want to use an internationally recognized instrument of referendum to decide their political future. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (De Great), the Supreme leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has said verbatim as the mouthpiece of Biafrans who are vehemently standing by him, that there will be no more election in Biafraland should Nigeria government refused to announce date for the conduct of Biafra referendum as all the 70 Millions population of Biafrans are at his command. Will Nigeria government pretend ignorance to a looming danger inherent in a constitutional crisis which will erupt when Biafrans vehemently refuses to participate in any other election organized by Nigeria government in Biafraland or Anambra State in particular? It will be good to make Nigeria government understand that the constitutional crisis will bring up the following as consequences:

1. Anambra state will not have the election where next governor of the state will be elected.

2. Nigeria government will be embarassed in the presence of all the both international and local observers that will monitor the election as Biafrans are going to boycott the election 100%.

3. INEC will then cancel the election after wasting tax payers resources to prepare for the election because the election will be completely rejected and boycotted by Biafrans residing in Anambra state.

4. Should INEC go ahead and announce any party as winner when all party agents, observers and pressmen witnessed a total boycott of Biafrans in the polling centers, it will result to litigation upon litigations as the parties will be the people to wash the dirty linen of Nigeria in the tribunals and not even IPOB, until Nigeria descends into anarchy and shipwrecks into oblivion.

5. When the tenure of Gov Willie Obiano elapses, there will be no governor-elect to be sworn-in as next governor because the order remains there will be no more election in Biafraland.

6. It will cause a situation whereby the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly will become an interim-governor whose tenure will also end in 90 days according to the Consitution.

Considering these 6 points and more which is coming upon Nigeria federation, is it not good for Nigeria government to spare itself of the shame, disgrace and embarassment coming to Nigeria by simply carving out Biafra out of Nigeria or conducting Biafra referendum? Biafrans have rejected any Abuja agreement between Prof Yemi Osinbajo, South East political and opinion leaders and Northern Leaders because no other leader is existing in Biafraland at this moment except Nnamdi Kanu (De Great).

If anybody think that he is a leader, let such a person prove his command on Biafrans because just a single command from Nnamdi Kanu will burn Nigeria to ashes if he do. It is good for Nigeria government to understand that Nigeria is surviving at the mercy of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (De Great). Should Nnamdi Kanu wake up tomorrow and issue a command that he want Nigeria burn to ashes, believe me that before 24 hours, Nigeria will become dunghill. If Nigeria government fail to conduct referendum before October 1, it must has lost relevance in Biafraland which means that no more election in Biafraland. A word is enough for the wise!

  2. Good analysis, but in my humble opinion, I'll rather suggest all articles written henceforth be void of insults and derogatory remarks. Articles posted on this platform or anywhere else on social media platforms are read by the world. So please my able writers and editors, let your write ups be more professional. Biafra is here no doubt, but we should appear more civil and professional in our presentations. God bless #Biafra.

  4. There is nothing insulting in the write up. If there is substance in a write up, lets act on it and commend the writer, else produce your counter narrative, Referring to Osibanjo as coordinator was the brain child of the writer and Osibanjo's recent comments faining ignorance of UN, AU, ECOWAS charter on the rights of indigenous people with his status in law would make him deserve what ever comment thrown at him. Remember we are in a war situation, especially this media war, let us stand by our brave soldiers- our writers, else hold back your comments. Remember it went through scrutiny by great minds before it was published. We are not expected to comment in all the write ups. My advice is take the sense in any writ up and leave out the nonsense without commenting it makes you more honourable as a reader for you are not in the mind frame of the writer. GOD BLESS BIAFRA AND IPOB FAMILY WORLD WIDE . Beloved Eze O bravo, I enjoy your work.
