BIAFRA WHEN RESTORED, WILL BE FAR BETTER THAN NIGERIA

BIAFRA WHEN RESTORED, WILL BE FAR BETTER THAN NIGERIA

Written by Chidiebere Prince

In my close watch of events revolving around the Biafra restoration project, I have really come across several people enmeshed in debates suggesting that Biafra will be worst of it if she  eventually regains her sovereignty, than Nigeria. But this position is deeply faulted owing to various misconstrued factors.

Nigeria, without any disputation, is fantastically very corrupt in every shade of existence, ranging from ethno-religious standing to  her social, economic, political and educational structures. There exists gross percentage of nepotism, biasness, subjugation and victimization across Nigeria. Appointments or promotions are not based on qualifications of merit but on nepotistic interests.

Nigeria is presently engrossed in an irredeemable mess principally premised on a faulty foundation unlike what obtains in other sane and progressive societies whose freedoms are built on justice, equity and truthfulness. There was absolutely no tangible and genuinely made sacrifice employed in terms of having a decent and well articulated plan for an egalitarian society. She got her independence so-called, fundamentally on deceit and British conceived crass egocentric interests.

In all countries of the world that genuinely and assiduously laboured for their emancipation, they philosophically employed the luxury of prosperity, love and the principles of the law. Such countries are the United States of America, Israel, South Africa et cetera. These are tremendous examples of nations  where freedom of all citizens are valued and exceptionally protected.

Between 1967 and 1970, the nation of Biafra waged a gruesome and annihilative war brought against her by Nigeria and her company of foreign allies. Biafrans paid that ultimate price with their lives to defend their nation and people, and up till date, they are yet being made to pay such prices for their freedom and justice. There is virtually no bases whereby a fully and completely restored nation of Biafra can be said to be worst when restored and compared to Nigeria. In the entire Biafraland, there will be a well articulated regional resource control by the people, who God gracefully endowed with such blessings. The system of government where political office holders will be shielded by the principle of immunity from being punished for corruption and corrupt tendencies, will not exist. The judicial system will be wholesomely independent from executive manipulations in a restored Biafra. Education will thrive advantageously in all segments of Biafran for the people without discrimination. There will be freedom of speech, the rule of law and enforcement of fundamental human rights. Appointments and promotions will be purely based on merit and there will be completely no trace of the evil dichotomy and enslavement/marginalization called MINORITY as exists in Nigeria. There will be zero tolerance for victimization and oppression and offenders must be made to face the full wrath of the law as properly spelt out. In Biafra, all citizens are equal and with equal opportunities.

Biafra in all convictions, will be far better in every segment than the shitholic Nigeria contrapted by the British for selfish interests. Biafrans have remained steadily undeterred and resilient in their struggle for survival, restoration and self- worth. And even even in the face of provocation, death, denial and victimization, we remain focused in our quest for the security, safety, progress, peace and justice not only for the present generations of Biafrans but also for posterity.

God bless Biafra!
