JUSTICE IS FOR SALE IN NIGERIA

JUSTICE IS FOR SALE IN NIGERIA
By Ibeh Gift Amarachi
(For Family Writers)

Nigeria Judiciary is in total jeopardy and shambles, as it has been totally controlled by Mohammadu Buhari the President of Nigeria. Mohammadu Buhari the Dictator President of Nigeria doesn’t understand what the rule of Law is, as he has never obeyed duly constituted commission, authorities and the rule of Law. Buhari arrogantly disregarded his invitation to the Justice Oputa panel for questioning and probing of looted funds and upon till today he is still displaying his power over the Nigeria judiciary.

It is only in the contraption called Nigeria, where the President controls and make decisions for the judiciary. The Nigeria Bar Association has no effect in the Judiciary, as rulings of the Court must go in line with the decision of the President and if contrary to his decisions, will be trampled on and disobeyed. Justice is been sold in Nigeria to the corrupt lawless and biased politicians. The size of your Bank Account and your Political position in Nigeria determines the kind of Justice you will be granted. If you are a Pedophile, Corrupt, Terrorist, and Murderer or have committed any heinous crime, your misdeeds will definitely be justified, as long as you are connected to the President or have a political and monetary backup. Nigeria constitutes of rogue elements who has no conscience but controls the judiciary.

NNAMDI KANU'S COURT CASE UPDATE

One will be totally convinced that with the total disdain of Law, Assassination and Trampling of Human Right by the Nigeria Islamic DSS at the order of Mohammad Buhari the President of Nigeria, every well reasoned and educated human will be in concurrence as to why the Leader of The Indigenous People of Biafra and director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu tagged Nigeria a Zoo. Off course the present assassination of the Human right of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, only occurs in a Zoo called Nigeria. Three times have DSS and Buhari disobeyed Court orders, which is totally against the rule of Law in any civilized country.

From the 14th of October when Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was unlawfully detained to when the underground and laughable charges were presented by the Dullard of Daura Mohammad Buhari through the Nigeria Islamic Dss,the refusal to present Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Court which led to a two times adjournment and the total disdain of Court orders to release him exposes the cruelty and Lawlessness of Nigeria. Nigeria has no right whatsoever to hold Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on hostage and as well denying him from seeing his Lawyer and receiving Medical attention as a chronic ulcer patient.

Nigeria doesn't understand what Human right entails and doesn't understand what Self-determination is all about. This is exactly why, there is total leakage not just in the Judiciary but economical area as corruption has eaten it up. Based on the less effectiveness of the judiciary on human right, the Judge of High Court had to publicly wash his hands of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case, knowing fully well that his rulings and orders must be dependent on the decision of Mohammadu Buhari for it to be effective. The judiciary in Nigeria should be totally scraped out, because it’s in total jeopardy and mess and have no positive effect in the Society.
